Imprimer

The collection of Chinese porcelain plates from the Porcelain Room of the Santos Palace, now the French embassy in Portugal, has come to Paris.

From March 13th to June 10th, the exhibition “Un Firmament de Porcelaines” is on show at the Musée Guimet.

It illustrates the history of ceramic manufacturing in China and the chinaware trade with Europe from the beginning of the 16th century to the end of the 18th century.

After Paris, the exhibition will make two stops in China, at Shanghai at the end of 2020 and Shenyang at the beginning of 2021.
