As Ecole Comestible, we dream of a world that offers everyone the right to eat well, and where all children have access to healthy, sustainable, and delicious food education.
Convinced that our way of eating can change the world, we believe that food education must return to schools.
With École Comestible, the Michelin Corporate Foundation is committed to food education accessible to all.
On March 10, we visited Ecole Comestible at the Climate Academy in Paris to share and experiment with some of the association’s partners in a workshop similar to those offered in schools.
The workshop program included:
- Raising awareness about healthy and sustainable food while respecting and protecting the planet.
- A hands-on kitchen workshop to prepare a delicious, eco-responsible recipe together using local products and organic ingredients.
Already present in 7 territories in France, the Ecole Comestible initiative is preparing to enter Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes in 2025, mainly in public schools in priority neighborhoods.
