The Travel Journal Rendez-vous is celebrating its 25th anniversary!

Promoting access to culture for all and the open-mindedness it fosters is at the heart of our foundation’s priorities.

A long-standing partner of the Il Faut Aller Voir association, the Michelin Corporate Foundation is pleased to support the extensive program of the 25th International Travel Journal Rendez-vous, which will take place from November 14 to 16 at the Polydôme in Clermont-Ferrand. 

A unique event celebrating the little-known literary and artistic genre of the travel journal. You’ll find, of course, travel journal artists from diverse backgrounds, but also travel writers such as Sylvain Tesson, Emmanuel Ruben, Jean-Pierre Siméon, and many others, as well as women adventurers (Blanche de Richemont, Mélusine Mallender, Caroline Riegel, and more). And this event also offers countless creative activities centered around travel writing! 

With the Travel Journal Rendez-vous, embark on a journey to the four corners of the world thanks to the exceptional talent of travel sketch artists! Come and experience inspiring encounters that encourage exchange and mutual understanding!

For our foundation, this event is an honor to award the Michelin Corporate Foundation Grand Prize to a favorite sketchbook from the 2025 selection! 

The five nominees are:

• Vivi Navarro “Passion Voiliers” (édité à compte d’auteur)

• Simon “Frère d’arbres – Carnet de marche dans le Massif des Maures (Ed. La Traversière) 

The award ceremony will take place on November 14th at Clermont-Ferrand City Hall.
