Paintbrushes unfurled!

To the delight of visitors of all ages, the 24th Rendez-Vous international du Carnet de Voyage was held at the Polydôme in Clermont-Ferrand from November 15 to 17, bringing together all lovers of travel notebooks from multiple backgrounds. journey !

A historic partner of the Il Faut Aller Voir association, the Michelin Corporate Foundation is proud to support the art of the travel diary, handled with talent by discreet artists who nevertheless never cease to amaze us and educate our eyes to see the world differently.

A breath of fresh air that has won over a growing audience: more than 20,000 visitors for this edition!

On this occasion, the Michelin Corporate Foundation Grand Prize was awarded to Christian Heinrich “Paintbrushes unfurled”, published by Editions Astrid Franchet. A huge congratulations for the colossal work carried out for this work of more than 300 pages! The Grand Prix jury particularly appreciated the beauty and richness of this travel diary, both the quality of its watercolors and its texts (stories, quotes, poems) and the way of presenting them. A journey around the world that is geographical, poetic and human through encounters, faces and landscapes.
