Toques Académie, a community teaching restaurant in Clermont-Ferrand

TOQUES ACADEMIE opened its doors and outdoor terrace in early June. Its bistro atmosphere and sophisticated cuisine make it a gourmet meeting place with a difference.

In the kitchen and dining area of the teaching restaurant, students young and old from different backgrounds acquire catering skills in partnership with various job training and further education schemes, with priority being given to learners with disabilities.

At its tables, the community restaurant welcomes the usual connoisseurs of quality and gourmet dining while offering moderately priced menus to jobseekers enrolled with employment and retraining organizations.

Toques Académie, which has the backing of the Michelin Corporate Foundation, awaits you lunchtime and evenings from Tuesday to Saturday. All sanitary and social distancing measures linked to the current health crisis are fully and methodically applied, and with a smile.
